Distance agreement

Seller in this online store on one side (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and person who makes an order (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer) on the other hand, signs this Agreement:

Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

Buyer is ordering the goods through this website, indicating the ordered nature of the goods and quantity. Seller shall prepare and send an appropriate invoice to the Buyer via e-mail . The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Vendor supply goods within 10 days from receipt of payment for the goods, delivery time agreed with the Buyer.

Warranty

The seller's online store offers products warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's goods specified in the warranty conditions, but not less than 2 years.

Rights of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to refuse goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt by sending to the Seller the refusal letter. Seller sends Letter of refusal form to the Buyer by e-mail at the buyer's request.

The buyer must return the item within 7 days of the withdrawal letter was sent to return the goods to the Seller. All expenses incurred in respect of goods being returned to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.

The buyer can not use the right of withdrawal if:

•  ordered goods can not be retirned by their nature , goods are damadged or they are supposed to be used immediately
  
•  ordered goods are made to the buyer custom;
  
• buyer has opened an audio recording or video recording or computer software package.
  

Latvian Republic  Consumer Rights Protection Law Article 12 of the sixth part notes that "the consumer is responsible for product quality and safety preservation during the term of  withdrawal." Seller reserves the right  Buyer to refuse to allow the right to withdraw or withhold payment of compensation in case the product is damaged, use a product neglect or disregard of instructions in the instructions if the goods are lost or the original packaging if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

Whilst entering the required information in drawing up the order, the Buyer confirms that he/her has read and agrees that his data provided is used by Seller to take Buyers orders and make the delivery of goods according to the current legislation. When entering information, the Buyer agrees that  to his/her e-mail will be sent out notices in connection with the Buyer's order processing.
